Enjoy hands-on cooking classes, local market visits and food tastings, plus Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Parma ham and balsamic vinegar production visits in Bologna and Modena. What a great way to experience the finest cuisine in historic Northern Italy!
When we reach Rome… we’ll explore Vatican City, the Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Basilica, the Pantheon, the Roman Forum and more.
This Journey will utilize local tour guides and cooking experts for the perfect blend of enjoyment and education.
